Because WallVibe creates personalized digital artwork, refunds are limited once custom work has started.
If you made a mistake or need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. If work has not started, we can cancel and refund your order.
If there is an issue with your delivered file, we will work with you to correct it. Customer satisfaction matters, and we handle each case fairly.
Downloaded or delivered digital files are generally not refundable unless there is a clear production error.
